FIDO Laboratory Accreditation Fees
FIDO Laboratory accreditation has associated fees. The following fees apply to laboratory accreditation for all laboratory types:

Fee descriptions
Initial accreditation fee
The initial accreditation fee is due prior to the issuance of the Laboratory Accreditation Certificate. This fee applies to the initial accreditation of a laboratory.
Yearly fee
A yearly fee is required to keep accreditation status current. The yearly fee is invoiced and due in January.
Renewal assessment fee
The renewal assessment fee is due every three years from the Certificate Issuance date. Laboratories are required to complete the Renewal Assessment process prior to the expiration of their certificate. For years when a renewal assessment fee is due, the yearly fee will not apply.
*The FIDO Alliance has special pricing for labs that are seeking to add more than one type of lab accreditation (for instance, security and biometric). Please contact certification@fidoalliance.org for this special pricing.
