Sam is a Principal Product Manager in the Identity team at Google. He works on authentication & identity standards and futures. In earlier roles, he served as Product Management Director for the Google Sign-in experience and provided product leadership for BeyondCorp, Google’s implementation of Zero Trust access.
Earlier, Sam was Chief Technologist in the Security Business Unit at Juniper Networks. He came to Juniper through the $400M acquisition of SSL-VPN pioneer Neoteris, a startup that he co-founded. Prior to that, he was at WebMD, Microsoft Research and Rockwell. Sam holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Stanford University and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley.
Pamela Dingle has 20 years of experience in implementation and architecture of IAM systems, including web access management, provisioning, and federation. As Director of Identity Standards at Microsoft, Pamela leads a team of experts dedicated to collaboration within the industry to imagine, author, and drive adoption of identity standards including single sign-on, API security, next generation credentials, authentication, and blockchain.
James Cole, Senior Director Security Architecture & Strategic Planning and the Global Security Domain Lead at Intel Corporation is responsible for various aspects of Intel’s security portfolio along with strategic alignment and leadership across the company for security related technologies. Mr. Cole has over 20 years of experience as a senior technical and business leader at Intel in a variety of business units and functional roles from strategy and marketing to technical leadership positions. Mr. Cole and his team currently drive security strategy and define the security solutions spanning the Intel product lines and business units. Mr. Cole has a BS in Computer Science from Purdue University along with an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Teresa Wu is Vice President of Product Management for IDEMIA. Ms. Wu’s career began with Morpho in 2001, then she served as Global Software Solutions Marketing Director for a Fortune 500 company until 2015. She rejoined one of the U.S. subsidiaries of IDEMIA in 2015 to serve as the Senior Director of Strategic Marketing and Government Relations.
In the past 19 years, she has actively participated in and led various industry advocacy groups devoted to AFIS technology, facial recognition, public security and identity and biometric standards. In her current role, Ms. Wu is responsible for the product management function of the IDEMIA Identity and Security Business in North America. With her team, she is currently leading key initiatives to transform and converge the business unit product portfolios. In 2016, Ms. Wu was recognized for her contributions to the biometrics industry and was one of five recipients of the Women in Biometrics award. The Security Industry Association named Ms. Wu as one of the two recipients of the 2017 Statesman Award. Ms. Wu was recognized for her pivotal role in the association advocacy effort in supporting effective and appropriate use of biometric technology at the Federal and State levels. Ms. Wu is the current chair of the board of directors for the Identification Technology Association (IdTA) and a member of the leadership team of the Women in Identity organization. In 2020, with a group of IDEMIA executives, Ms. Wu has co-founded Women in IDEMIA Network (WIN) for the North America region which is the first company Employee Resource Group fostering women career development and diversity initiatives.
She obtained International Management bachelor degrees at the Montpellier Sup de Co Group Business School in France and the Newcastle School of Management in the UK. She received her MBA from Rawls College of Business, Texas Tech University and Master of International Business from the Montpellier Sup de Co Group Business School.

Mr. Koichi Moriyama is Chief Security Architect, a Corporate Evangelist, and Head of Security Innovations Management, Corporate Strategy & Planning Department at NTT DOCOMO, INC.
Mr. Moriyama drove innovations in mobile devices, products, and platform software; and deployed “d ACCOUNT” Passwordless Authentication utilizing FIDO standards. To protect customers, he is now responsible for resolving unauthorized access, such as phishing attacks, by taking the initiative to work with entire teams within the company. He also plays some roles in industry organizations, such as JSSEC (Japan Smartphone Security Association) and FeliCa Networks, Inc.
Mr. Moriyama has previously held positions with Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications, Inc. and Sony Corporation, received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Keio University, and was a visiting research scholar at Georgia Institute of Technology while at Sony Corporation. He is a Ph.D. candidate at IISEC in Japan and has recently become a Board of Directors for W3C Inc.

Anna Pobletts is the head of passwordless at 1Password. In her role, she oversees the company’s passwordless solutions, with a focus on bringing passkeys to enterprises and consumers around the world. Previously, Anna was the co-founder and CTO of Passage Identity, a developer-first passwordless authentication company, which was acquired by 1Password in November 2022. Anna is passionate about security and creating a safer, human-centric online experience. For over a decade, her work has been focused on identity, cryptography, and application security, with previous positions at the Department of Defense, Praetorian, and Twilio.
Arynn Crow leads the User Authentication product team, where she is responsible for driving strategy in AWS authentication flows and threat detection services across mobile and web experiences. Previously, she led the product, program, and operations groups for Amazon’s retail customer service identity team. Arynn has spent nearly a decade with Amazon, focusing most of that time on security and identity, leading a range of initiatives from extensive access control restructuring, to deployment of strong authentication services, and identity management solutions. Arynn holds an undergraduate degree in International Affairs, and a master’s degree in Political Science.
Matt Crothers is a Director of Engagement at American Express. In this role, Matt is responsible for creating the strategy for Amex’s engagement at industry bodies EMVCo, W3C and FIDO as well as representing Amex externally at those organizations and others.
Matt joined American Express in 2005 and has held a variety of roles across multiple lines of business. Matt’s roles have always focused on relationship management and developing strategy and has included stints in Finance, Technical Delivery and Product Management. Matt holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Arizona.

Matthew Miller is the Head of Passwordless at Cisco. He represents Cisco in several FIDO Alliance Working Groups, co-chairs the WebAuthn Adoption Community Group over in W3C, wrote and maintains multiple FIDO2 libraries to make adoption easier for Relying Parties, and stewards https://webauthn.io to help others learn about and experience FIDO2. Simply put, Matthew believes strongly in the benefits of FIDO-based authentication.
He now contributes Cisco’s experiences as a Relying Party towards helping the FIDO Alliance achieve its goal of reducing the world’s reliance on passwords.
Abbie Barbir is a member of CVS Health Enterprise Information Security where he serves as a Senior Security Advisor in the areas of Consumer Identity & Access Management, Mobile devices and Authentication. Mr. Barbir has extensive experience in identity and access management. He has worked with many standard organizations on developing next generation authentication technologies. Mr. Barbir holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, USA. In his more than 25 years in the software and security industry, he has been a professor of Computer Science, an application developer, data compression and encryption inventor, systems architect, security architect, engineering manager, consultant, author, and inventor of numerous security algorithms and articles.
Conor White is the President of Strategic Initiatives at Daon, a global leader in digital identity solutions. With a career spanning over 25 years in cybersecurity and digital identity, Conor has been at the forefront of protecting human identity in the digital age. His expertise in AI and human authentication has positioned him as a leading authority on combating emerging threats such as deepfake fraud.
Conor was a key figure in the founding of Daon and served as Chief Technology Officer from 2001, where he led the development of the award-winning IdentityX® platform, widely recognized for its advanced biometric security capabilities. Then, as President of the Americas, he drove sales, business development, and customer delivery across the region, ensuring the secure authentication of millions of users.
Now, as the global head of Strategic Initiatives, Conor is focused on identifying new technologies and markets to extend Daon’s impact, particularly in areas like software defined vehicles and deepfake detection.
An inventor with over 30 patents, Conor has architected some of the world’s most robust identity systems. He frequently speaks at conferences on the intersection of AI, digital identity, and fraud prevention. He has also served on multiple technology standards organizations and is a member of Daon’s Board of Directors.
Conor holds a B.Sc. in Computer Applications and an M.Sc. in Computer Science with a specialization in AI from Cork Institute of Technology, and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Leadership Program.
Rew is the Director of Product Engineering and Innovation at Dashlane, with over 20 years of software development experience. After a decade at Dashlane working on mobile apps, he now leads projects focussed on passwordless technologies and phishing-resistant authentication. Hailing from Brick Lane in London’s East End, Rew currently resides near Paris, France.

Karen Chang focuses on international collaboration and government relationships at Egis Technology Inc. She previously served for government agencies such as the Office of Science and Technology and Ministry of Economic Affairs. Ms. Chang is deeply involved in the ICT industry, such as information security, e-government applications, open data and big data policy. (In 2015 and 2016, Taiwan won top 1 of OKFN Open Data Index among 146 countries in the world.) Ms. Chang is currently the Chairperson of the Business Case/Application Working Group of Asia PKI Consortium (APKIC), FIDO Alliance Liaison Officer to APKIC, Project Consultant of Academia Sinica of Taiwan, Chairperson of FIDO-PKI Integration Working Group in Taiwan Association of Information and Communication Standards, and the Advisor of TWCERT/CC.
Tibi Zhang is the Vice President, Managing Director of Feitian International Business. In this role, she is responsible for driving strategic direction, business development, and overseas market expansion for Feitian’s entire portfolio across the spectrum of online banking, PKI initiatives, multi-factor authentication, mobile security and payment, cloud authentication server, EMV innovation payment solution, powered card with display, BLE connection and biometric authentication, and the ongoing evolution of FIDO authentication through best-of-breed security hardware, software and services. Bojan Simic is the Chief Technology Officer and Cofounder of HYPR. Previously, he served as an information security consultant for Fortune 500 enterprises in the financial and insurance verticals conducting security architecture reviews, threat modeling, and penetration testing. Bojan has a passion for deploying applied cryptography implementations across security-critical software in both the public and private sectors. His extensive experience in decentralized authentication and cryptography have served as the underlying foundation for HYPR technology.

Preeti is the Senior Director of System Engineering at Infineon Technologies and has 25+ years of experience in various leadership functions within the Semiconductor, IT and Electronics industry. She is currently leading Connected Security Systems Division’s system engineering team that is responsible for system integration, compliance and validation services for Identification, Payment, Transport, IoT and Device Authentication applications based on contactless and dual-interface security controllers. As LastPass’ first Chief Security Technology Officer, Chris Hoff brings nearly 30 years of experience in high-profile global roles in network and information security architecture, engineering, operations and management. Nima Nadav Baiati is Executive Director/GM, Commercial Cybersecurity Solutions at Lenovo. As part of his role he is also the founder and head of the Lenovo Cybersecurity Innovation Center in Israel. Nima leads Lenovo’s security product and portfolio management and strategy for Lenovo’s security capabilities below-the-OS (e.g. BIOS, FW, etc.) as well as Lenovo’s ThinkShield portfolio of security solutions and services, including P&L responsibility. He was previously head of product management for Absolute’s Persistence platform, Head of Global GTM Strategy for Symantec and responsible for business development and product marketing at several start-ups. Yuya Ito is General Manager for the ID Division since 2018. He has worked for Yahoo! JAPAN ID since 2012. Yuya began his career as a Platform Engineer in 2009.
Sameer Tare leads Authentication Standards team within the Security Standards & Solutions program at Mastercard. In this role, Sameer Tare and his team are responsible for defining standards that can lead to authentication & fraud prevention solutions for card not present (e-commerce) transactions that are scalable and reduce the friction usually associated with cardholder verification during e-commerce transactions. His work also overlaps with solutions in Risk Analysis, Identity Verification & Biometric Authentication domains.
Sameer Tare and his team work closely with EMVCo which is a global technical body responsible for development and maintenance of specifications like EMV® 3DS. This work allows Sameer & his team to bring the nuanced perspective of payments to all authentication solutions.
Sameer holds over 15 years of experience working with different authentication technologies within different organizations like Broadcom (formerly CA Technologies), PricewaterhouseCoopers & Wipro Technologies.
Naohisa Ichihara is VP CISO at Mercari from 2022, and a vice chair of FIDO Alliance Japan WG from 2023. He was previously a head of Cyber Security department at LINE since 2015, and a vice chair of FIDO Alliance Japan WG from 2018 to 2022. He has experience of FIDO deployment since 2013, and over 20 years of experience in cyber security and privacy domain.
Paul is an Engineering Manager and the lead for VR Device Access, supporting Meta’s efforts to build seamless, consistent, and low-friction access experiences across VR and the broader XR ecosystem. Within Meta and Reality Labs, Paul supported teams that launched Meta accounts on Quest devices, an enterprise solution for VR (Quest for Business), and multiple hardware device launches. He is also involved in the company-wide FIDO efforts, supporting and consulting on other efforts.
Before his current role at Meta, Paul was an Engineering Manager at Ping Identity where he supported teams responsible for licensing and entitlements, provisioning and management of trials, OAuth2, RBAC, multi-tenancy, Terms of Service, and more. While there he helped launch the general availability of PingOne for Customers and multiple other products built on top of the PingOne platform. His teams supported both platform services and Administrator experiences.

Prior to Nok Nok Labs, Rolf Lindemann worked as Senior Director Product Management at Symantec where he was responsible for research and product strategy on device authentication in smart grids and mobile networks.
Before Symantec’s acquisition of TC TrustCenter, he was Executive Director Product Strategy at TC TrustCenter GmbH. Named to that position in 2009 he was responsible for analyzing market trends and aligning the overall product portfolio to new market opportunities.

Tom De Wasch is director of product management, Hardware Digipass at OneSpan.
His passion lies in creating innovative solutions that bridge user needs with business goals.
In his current role he is responsible for the lifecycle management of OneSpan’s hardware authenticator product line, including Fido solutions and bringing new innovative hardware products to the market.
Prior to this, he has fulfilled several management roles within different departments including project management, R&D, Innovation and Operations.
He has more than 15 years of experience in authentication and information security and holds a M.S. in Computer Science from Ghent University.
Tolu is the VP for Identity products at PayPal. In this role, he is responsible for user authentication and identification systems. In earlier roles, he led Identity organizations at Meta and provided product leadership at Microsoft for enterprise business applications.

Bill Fish is the Vice President of Authentication at Prove, building new solutions that help customers confidently and simply authenticate their users. He previously spent over 10 years at Verizon, building products in communication, data privacy, identity and authentication for the Consumer Group with a focus on improving customer experience. Bill is a native of Pittsburgh, PA and now lives in Belfast, UK.
Asaf Shen serves as QCT’s Senior Director, leading its chipset security product activities. Mr. Shen is responsible for QCT’s Hardware and Software Security Roadmaps across Qualcomm’s portfolio including Snapdragon processors, modems, and connectivity products used in mobile, compute, IoT and automotive.
Prior to Qualcomm, Mr. Shen has been with Arm where he was responsible for business development and product management for Arm’s Secure Devices activity.
In previous lives, Asaf led product teams, as well as digital design teams in different companies, designing communications and security solutions. He holds a BSc (cum laude) in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
Eugene Lee is responsible for the development and strategy of the company’s global business. Bringing more than 32 years of experience in sales, business development, product management, and operations from the payment industry to IT industry, he has served companies in areas of card payment, payment gateway, SSO, IAM, PKI, and other innovative technologies.
Prior to RaonSecure, Eugene Lee worked as Head of Business Development at Visa where he was responsible for business development with large financial institutions, fintech, and merchants.
In the past, he has also worked at British Petroleum, Hewlett Packard, Silicon Graphics, Lucent Technologies, Entrust, Softforum, and KG Inicis.
Sean Miller is an architect at RSA with more than 20 years of experience in identity & access management, and information security. Prior to RSA, he held various positions at Aveksa, CA Technologies, Netegrity, Sybase, as well as Watcom. Mr. Miller has been at the forefront of security and identity management contributing engineering efforts for several commercially available security and identity products and holds several patents in the identity management space. He received his Bachelor of Mathematics (Honours Computer Science/Information Systems) from University of Waterloo. He is an avid cyclist and skier. In the winter, he works as part of a ski race crew supporting races at all levels including world cup and Special Olympics.
Hyung Chul Jung is a highly experienced professional in the field of cybersecurity, currently serving as the Head of the Security Engineering Group at Mobile Experience Business, Samsung Electronics. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring the overall security of Samsung’s products, which includes implementing hardware-based security measures, maintaining system integrity, protecting sensitive data, and establishing a secure supply chain. With over thirteen years of experience in designing and developing security solutions for mobile, IoT, and service applications, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his current position. His dedication to safeguarding the security of Samsung’s products reflects his commitment to providing customers with reliable and trustworthy technology solutions.
Pedro Martinez is the Business Owner for Authentication at Thales. He is focused on strategy and business development for BFSI worldwide. Before his current role, Pedro led business development and strategic partnerships for digital payment. Pedro has over 25 years of global insights and expertise in digital security for multiple industries ranging from Telecom to Enterprise to Financial Services holding different managerial positions in marketing, business development and product management.
Yan Cao is an engineering leader at TikTok, supporting the FIDO2 team, where he aims to bring secure and user-friendly authentication to TikTok’s enterprise employees and external users. Prior to TikTok, Yan led account security at Instagram and blockchain security at Meta.
Yan has extensive experience in the Security and Risk domain. Over the past 10 years, Yan has built security programs, fought fraud and abuse, secured infrastructure with zero-trust technology, and created products that users love at scale. He is security-minded, data-driven, a strategic thinker with extensive cross-functional leadership, and execution experience. Yan received his Master of Engineering degree from Cornell University.
Ori Eisen has spent the last two decades fighting online crime, and is respected for his business knowledge and leadership.
Prior to founding Trusona, Mr. Eisen founded 41st Parameter – the leading online fraud prevention and detection solution for financial institutions and e-commerce. 41st Parameter was acquired by Experian in 2013.
Prior to 41st Parameter, Mr. Eisen served as the Worldwide Fraud Director for American Express focusing on Internet and counterfeit fraud. During his tenure, he championed the project to enhance the authorization request to include Internet specific parameters.
Prior to American Express, Mr. Eisen was the Director of Fraud Prevention for VeriSign/Network Solutions. By developing new and innovative technologies, he skillfully reduced fraud losses by over 85 percent in just three months.
Mr. Eisen is often quoted by industry insiders, and receives numerous invitations to keynote industry events and conferences. Mr. Eisen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Montclair State University and he holds over two dozen cybersecurity patents.
In his free time, Mr. Eisen volunteers with Thorn, the digital defenders of children. He founded Ball to All, a charity that donates free soccer balls around the world to children who have never had one. He is a founding member of Security Canyon – Arizona’s Cyber Security Coalition. He resides in Scottsdale and is married with two children.

Michael Toth is an experienced business leader with a 26-year focus upon driving innovative and practical security strategies which address current and emerging threats. He has implemented large scale authentication solutions which are utilized by 66+mm digital customers.
He joined the U.S. Bank Digital Platforms team at the beginning of 2022 as Senior Vice President leading the Login Portfolio Product Management team. The team is segmented into multiple product management teams focused upon various aspects of digital authentication capabilities supporting U.S. Bank and partner sites.
Prior to U.S. Bank he spent a decade in total at Bank of America where he held a SVP position as the Strategy Lead for the Omni Channel Authentication technology team. Additionally, he spent time at Early Warning as their VP of Product Management in Authentication and on the 41st Parameter’s Product team.
His start in the authentication space began with a 12-year period at First Union/Wachovia Bank in the beginning days of online banking…or as they called it back in the 90s; Cyberbanking where he led the Authentication Services product team.
