Committees and Study Groups
Participation of individuals in Committees and Study Groups requires approval from the President and/or Board. Individuals wishing to be part of any of these groups must be demonstrated subject matter experts in the appropriate area. FIDO Board Certification Committee
The Board Certification Committee provides governance and oversight of the implementation of the FIDO Alliance certification programs. This includes functional, security, and biometric certifications and accreditation of any external testing labs used for any of these programs.

FIDO Board Technical Committee
The Board Technical Committee works with the Technical Working Groups to ensure coordination between each work area. It also supports and tracks FIDO2 deployment activites and maintains policies and associated documentation related to specification lifecycles.

FIDO Marketing and Communications Board Committee
The FIDO Alliance Board has formed the MarCom Committee to ensure clear and strong alignment between overall FIDO Alliance goals and strategy and international marketing/communications deliverables and programs.

FIDO Public Policy Board Committee
The Public Policy Board Committee oversees the Public Policy and Government Outreach Activities of the FIDO Alliance, and drives the FIDO strategy for engaging with public sector officials around the world.

The UX Committee is intended to act as subject matter experts and internal advisors within the FIDO Alliance on issues related to usability and user experience.

FIDO Wallets Study Group
The Wallets/Credentials Study Group is intended to assess and deliver a proposal as to how the existing scope of FIDO applies to digital wallets and digital wallet credentials.
