Microsoft has invested in recent years in various solutions such as Windows Hello, Microsoft Authenticator, FIDO2 security keys and a palm vein authentication system, among others. Microsoft also previewed Azure Active Directory support for FIDO2 security keys in hybrid environments, as well as a new password-less wizard via the Microsoft 365 Administration Center. The company has also engaged with several security partners in the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA) to implement passwordless solutions.
