ComputerWeekly: Data protection practices still poor, survey shows

FIDO Alliance CMO Andrew Shikiar tells ComputerWeekly that the vast majority of breaches are caused by weak and shared credentials, and 50% of shopping card abandonment is due to password issues – an issue that can be avoided by using strong authentication and eliminating dependence on password-based security.
