FIDO Alliance首席执行官安德鲁-希卡尔（Andrew Shikiar）指出，更新后的NIST指南证实，通行密钥和其他FIDO验证器都能满足AAL2和AAL3要求。 同步通行密钥可实现 AAL2，而device-bound passkeys可实现 AAL3。
