SUMMARY:FIDO Alliance Speaking at the HIP Conf 2026
DESCRIPTION:Join FIDO Alliance’s CTO\, Nishant Kaushik for a presentation at the HIP Conf 2026 in Nashville\, TN. \n\n\n\nThe Security Upgrade You Can Deploy TodayWednesday\, September 9\, 2026\, 11:15 AM – 12:00 PM \n\n\n\nEnterprises have chased passwordless authentication for years\, but many initiatives stalled under the weight of complex deployments\, clunky user experiences\, and operational friction. Passkeys are changing that equation. Built on FIDO Alliance standards and the WebAuthn ecosystem\, passkeys deliver phishing-resistant authentication while dramatically simplifying logins for users\, making true passwordless a realistic goal for workforce environments. \n\n\n\nThis discussion examines the state of passkey adoption in enterprises today\, separating hype from reality. We’ll take a look at common misconceptions about how passkeys work in corporate environments and the key architectural and operational decisions that determine success—from device strategy and enrollment flows to rollout sequencing and UX design. Whether you’re just starting your passwordless journey or scaling an existing deployment\, you’ll leave with a clear\, practical framework for making passkeys a durable part of your identity modernization strategy. \n\n\n\n\nLearn More & Register

SUMMARY:FIDO Sponsored Webinar | AI\, Fraud\, and the New Authentication Playbook for Financial Institutions
DESCRIPTION:Financial institutions are facing unprecedented pressure as AI accelerates both the speed and sophistication of fraud attacks. Passwords—already the weakest link in authentication—are quickly becoming indefensible in this evolving threat landscape. This webinar examines how transitioning to passwordless authentication and deploying passkeys—both synced software passkeys and hardware‑bound\, high‑assurance passkeys—helps financial institutions improve cyber‑resiliency\, strengthen security\, reduce account‑takeover risk\, and future‑proof their digital channels. \n\n\n\n\nRegister Now\n\n\n\n\nSponsored by

SUMMARY:FIDO Sponsored Webinar| MFA and Identity Verification: Building on a Hardware Root of Trust
DESCRIPTION:Passkeys are transforming authentication\, but two gaps remain: adoption isn’t universal\, and the registration and recovery flows behind them are still soft. That is where SMS OTP and AI-driven attacks persist. This session explores how the cryptographic key already in every SIM\, tied to the phone number\, can harden those flows and complement passkeys on the road to passwordless. A conversation with Glide\, AT&T\, T-Mobile\, and Verizon on what it takes for the ecosystem to close the gap. \n\n\n\nKey Takeaways \n\n\n\n\nPasskeys solved phishing at login; registration and recovery remain the soft spots where SMS OTP and AI-driven fraud persist.\n\n\n\nThe SIM’s cryptographic key\, tied to the phone number\, is a device-bound\, person-linked factor that complements passkeys.\n\n\n\nClosing the gap at scale is a coalition effort across carriers\, standards bodies\, and relying parties.\n\n\n\n\n\nRegister Now\n\n\n\n\nSponsored by

SUMMARY:Authenticate U.S. 2026
DESCRIPTION:FIDO Alliance’s Authenticate U.S. Conference will take place October 19-21\, 2026 at the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad\, California. \n\n\n\nRegistration\n\n\n\nLast year’s conference welcomed over 875+ total attendees in Carlsbad and remotely\, and featured more than 150+ sessions with highly engaging content\, plus a sold-out exhibit area with 50+ industry-leading exhibitors and sponsors. \n\n\n\nAuthenticate is the industry’s only conference dedicated to digital identity and authentication with a focus on phishing-resistant sign-ins with passkeys. Join CISOs\, business leaders\, product managers\, security strategists and identity architects at Authenticate to advance your knowledge of digital identity and authentication. \n\n\n\n\nRegister Now\n\n\n\n\nAgenda\n\n\n\nThe focus of the Authenticate U.S. 2026 program is “New Frontiers.” Trust and simplicity have become the defining challenges of modern identity systems\, and passkeys have now proven at global scale that strong security and great usability do not have to be at odds. The next frontier is applying this principle across the entire account lifecycle\, from secure account creation\, to digital credentials that are recognized across services\, to agentic authentication that ensures verified humans stand behind every AI agent acting on their behalf. \n\n\n\nThis year’s agenda reflects where the ecosystem is heading next: digital credentials\, payments\, and authentication for trusted AI agents\, not just people. If you want to see where authentication is going – not just where it’s been – then you need to be in Carlsbad this October. \n\n\n\nSpeakers\n\n\n\nThis year’s event will showcase keynotes and sessions led by top executives and industry leaders at the forefront of the passwordless movement. \n\n\n\nSponsorship Opportunities\n\n\n\nWe are offering a wide range of opportunities for companies to reach their target audiences and maximize brand exposure.
